Abstract:	Glücklich, wer Folgendes noch nie erlebt hat: Monate vor der Einführung einer neuen HR-Software häufen sich Informationen auf allen internen elektronischen Kommunikationskanälen über die geplante Implementierung. Der Sinn der Neuerung zieht dabei (über den harten Kern des Projektteams hinaus) allerdings selten weitere Kreise. Die übervolle Mailbox wird im täglichen Arbeitsdruck durch «Delete» von solchen Nebensächlichkeiten befreit.
