Abstract:	Das Leistungszuordnungsmodell für nicht-medizinische Supportleistungen entstand in interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Schweizerischen Verband für Facility Management und Maintenance (fmpro), fünf Partnerspitälern, drei Wirtschaftspartnern und dem Institut für Facility Management der Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften. LemoS ist der erste, auf Grundlagen und Normen basierende Schritt in Richtung vergleichbarer Prozesse und Kostentransparenz von FM-Leistungen im Spitalumfeld.
