In this paper an ongoing study to foster team competencies, e.g. Psychological Safety, is described. The training program consists of 24 exercises administered via e-mail instructions for 45 participating teams. All exercises can be defined as micro interventions. "They can be performed in a relatively short time period without intensive contact with a trainer or counsellor" (Peeters et al., 2020, p.2). Adherence rates for all exercises over the period of 24 weeks are between 41.82% and 93.08% with an average of 67.83%. This shows that training sessions without external facilitation will be executed with suitable methodology. Qualitative feedback focuses on certain "best-loved" exercises. In addition, qualitative feedback could be clustered into three categories: easy applicable, well-structured, and integrable in team and individual routines. This new way of training seems to be a promising lead. The preliminary results support this claim.de_CH
