dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to explore the concept of Living Labs as user-centered innovation ecosystem in the context of Smart Campus and digital transformation of Real Estate. As a methodology, besides literature review, a use case was developed by setting up a small-scale Living Lab in the ZHAW Campus. Preliminary findings identified methods and technologies which contribute to employees and student’s health and well-being, can create new work experiences which encourage innovation. The future results will help researchers and real estate professionals re-imagine the future of workplace by testing and understanding the impact of new trends and the potential of cutting-edge technologies in a Living Lab innovation ecosystem.de_CH
