Abstract:	Der Autor beschreibt das Evaluations- und Dokumentationskonzept der LaC-Initiative, das bereits in einigen Ländern übernommen wurde, am Beispiel der Begleitung der Kinder und Jugendlichen in Schul- und Berufsbildung und diskutiert die Chancen des Systems, aber auch die darin angelegten Beschränkungen.
