Abstract:	Für die Stabilität der Vorsorge ist die Kontrolle der Risiken einer Pensionskasse entscheidend. Das ökonomische Prinzip eignet sich hierbei hervorragend zur Beurteilung der Risikosituation einer Vorsorgeeinrichtung. Im Artikel wird die Idee eines Stabilitätsindex als Erweiterung des ökonomischen Deckungsgrades vorgestellt, der der Führung der Kasse als Entscheidungshilfe dienen soll.
