Abstract: | Die zunehmende Professionalisierung und die damit verbundene Qualitätssteigerung des Recruitings ist sehr erfreulich. Dennoch sind nach wie vor einige Probleme ungelöst. Dazu zählen die Informationsasymmetrie zwischen den Unternehmen und den BewerberInnen sowie das ungelöste Problem der Überprüfung der sozialen und persönlichen Kompetenzen (Matching-Problem). |
