| Abstract: | Die Finanzbranche beklagt die zunehmenden Kosten der Regulierung bei der Beratung und dem Verkauf von Finanzprodukten an Privatkunden. Was allerdings fehlt, sind konkrete Daten zu diesen Kosten. Der folgende Fachbeitrag gibt eine empirisch gestützte Aussage zum Aufwand für die Durchführung und Dokumentation der Prüfung der Angemessenheit und der Geeignetheit bei der Finanzberatung (Suitability & Appropriateness). Dazu führten die Autoren eine repräsentative Umfrage bei 1.600 deutschen Banken durch. |
