| Abstract: | In the research project NOVANIMAL, a 12-week field experiment on meal choice was conducted in two university canteens. The present documentation contains detailed background information on merging and cleansing of the POS data. Further, it includes a description of all variables and important adjustments of the data set are made transparent. The aim of the present documentation is to ensure reproducibility and to enable further use of the data.
