dc.description.abstract | An interlaboratory test for detection of cytotoxic leachables arising from single-use bags was established and performed. Results from cultivations with two bag materials indicate that leachables influencing cell growth and metabolism were secreted. For the other seven bag materials a migration of leachables can be excluded. | de_CH |
