| Abstract: | In the entire “new work” area agility is highly requested. Beyond the normative idea of agility, which itself is not well defined, the concept has some fundamental psychological implications. It’s one of the main insights from our research, that agility needs to come in harmony with reflection and personal development. We see a strong need to strengthen psychological resources in order to get agility functional as well as psychologically sustainable. In the workshop we aim to work on some fundamental aspects of personal and team related learning pathways to agility. |
