Abstract:	COVID-19 swept the entire world at the beginning of 2020, which lead to rapid change to the business world causing both survival pressure and development opportunities of enterprises. World leading company in the textile machinery manufacturing industry, Autefa Solutions, quickly formulated strategies and integrated resources after the outbreak to produce mask machine. In this process, Autefa combined China Speed with Western technology, and completed product upgrades and improvements within 3 months, and successively obtained EU SE certification and got orders from multiple European governments. This organizational improvisation as mask machine project not only brought a huge market breakthrough and a leading opportunity upon Autefa, but also met the need of global mask supply. In conclusion, this case is typical demonstrating how Chinese Wisdom contributes to solve international problems.
