Abstract:	Der Bund soll Übernahmen von sicherheitsrelevanten Firmen durch ausländische Investoren in Zukunft prüfen. Der Bundesrat hat im Sommer 2022 einen entsprechenden Gesetzesentwurf in die Vernehmlassung geschickt. Während dies aus ökonomischer Sicht nicht sinnvoll scheint, sind Sicherheitsbedenken durchaus angebracht. Aufgrund der aktuellen Sicherheitslage in Europa erlangt der potentielle Erwerb von sicherheitsrelevanten Schweizer Firmen durch ausländische Investoren eine hohe Aufmerksamkeit.
