| Abstract: | Die aktuellen Schweizer Klimaziele können den Vertrag von Paris nicht erfüllen. Dazu wären netto-null Treibhausgasemissionen schon 2035, und nicht erst 2050 nötig. Aber selbst um netto-null bis 2050 zu erreichen, muss der PV-Ausbau stark beschleunigt werden. Mit alpinen PV-Anlagen könnte sowohl der Ausbau beschleunigt als auch mehr Winterstrom erzeugt werden. |
