Abstract: | HR Analytics wird vor allem auf dem Maturitäts Level Reporting (beschreibend) sowie in der Analyse (diagnostisch) basierend auf Personalstammdaten und Befragungsdaten eingesetzt. Erst bessere Datenqualität und stärkere Umsetzungsorientierung werden HR Analytics zum mehrwertstiftenden Gamechanger machen. |
