| Abstract: | Der Schock nach der UBS-Rettung im Jahr 2008 sass tief. Besondere Regulierungen für systemrelevante Banken sollten ein ähnliches Fiasko künftig verhindern. Im Fall der Credit Suisse griff der Bundesrat im März 2023 gleichwohl wieder verfassungsunmittelbar ein. Der Bund übenrahm vorerst immense Risiken und die Probleme der Bank wurden mit staatlicher Hilfe "wegfusioniert". Die Ereignisse hinterlassen einen schalen Nachgeschmack. Scheiter der demokratische Rechtsstaat an der Bankenregulierung? |
