| Abstract: | Es wird deutlich gemacht, inwieweit Annahmen über die menschliche Entwicklung für die Theorie und Praxis von Beratung von Bedeutung sind. Ein tabellarischer Überblick über das Verständnis von Entwicklung in einzelnen Beratungstheorien wird gegeben und die von L. Montada diskutierte Möglichkeit, Beratung als angewandte Entwicklungspsychologie zu konzeptualisieren, wird skizziert. Unter Bezug auf die Handlungstheorie und systemische Ansätze werden die von J. Brandtstaedter entworfenen Modelle der Entwicklungsberatung, die den Klienten in der Gestaltung seiner Entwicklung berät, und der Biographiearbeit, durch die die individuelle Geschichte der Auseinandersetzung mit Entwicklungskrisen und bedeutsamen Entwicklungsaufgaben reflektiert wird, werden beschrieben. Darüber hinaus werden U. Bronfenbrenners Ansatz der ökologischen Entwicklungspsychologie sowie das Modell adaptiv selbstoptimierender Systeme zu einer Analyse der Entwicklung der Prozesse in Beratungssystemen herangezogen. |
