| Abstract: | Mangelnde Hygiene oder schwere körperliche Arbeiten waren früher die häufigsten Gesundheitsbelastungen am Arbeitsplatz. Heute sind es psychologische und soziale Faktoren wie die grosse Arbeitsbelastung, eine lang andauernde Konzentration, hohes Arbeitstempo, Termindruck und Konflikte, welche auf die Dauer die Gesundheit beeinträchtigen. Wo müsste man ansetzen, wenn man Burnout, Depressionen und andere Folgen von Überarbeitung, aber auch Persönlichkeitsverletzungen wie Mobbing und Diskriminierungen wirksam verhindern wollte? |
