dc.description.abstractSecurity in the Internet of Things is desired by many but implemented by few. The main issues are the establishment of trust between strange devices, the need for human interaction and the constrains of low power hardware. The Fairhair Alliance is in the process of standardizing an autonomic secure bootstrapping process to tackle these challenges. This presentation shows an implementation of this autonomic secure bootstrapping process which combines Bootstrapping Remote Secure Key Infrastructures (BRSKI) and Enrollment over Secure Transport (EST). The individual steps of this process are explained and the low power hardware on which they were implemented is presented.de_CH
