| Abstract: | Coopetition, die Kooperation von Wettbewerbern, gewinnt an Bedeutung und gilt als strategische Form der Unternehmensentwicklung. Der Beitrag entwickelt eine Taxonomie für Coopetition, auf deren Grundlage Strategieentscheidungen getroffen werden können. Anhand von Beispielen aus der Logistikbranche werden Handlungsempfehlungen und ein Referenzmodell für die Praxis abgeleitet. |
