| Abstract: | Aufgrund ihrer gesellschaftsdienlichen Zweckbestimmung haben Non-Profit-Organisationen spezielle Herausforderungen hinsichtlich des digitalen Wandels zu bewältigen. Diese Herausforderungen werden in diesem Beitrag erläutert und mit konkreten Beispielen aus der Praxis unterlegt. Dabei ist aus Sicht der Gesundheitsförderung interessant zu prüfen, welche Bedeutung der Settingansatz bei den aktuellen und zukünftigen Lösungsansätzen hat. Due to their socially beneficial purpose, nonprofit organizations have to cope with special challenges regarding digital transformation. These challenges are explained in this article and underpinned with concrete examples from practice. From the perspective of health promotion, it is interesting to examine the significance of the setting approach in current and future solution approaches. |
